Full Buyout

A full buyout includes:

Full day barn rental (10am to 12 midnight*) of Solarium, Main, Dining Area, Mezzanine & Outdoor Patio Area

In-house food and beverage cost provided by Sylvan Table

Maximum capacity of 200 people.

Maximum parking lot capacity of 85 regular size cars

Menu planning with our Executive Chef.

Beverage & Event Execution planning with our General Manager & Beverage Director.

Use of Sylvan Table tables, barn tables, tableware, silverware, linens & other Sylvan Table décor.

Set-up & tear down of Sylvan Table provided items.

Comprehensive staffing in restaurant and bar.

Sylvan Table music system.

Partial Buyout

All partial buyouts require three (3) months notice and a $75 minimum per guest.

Parties of 26-45: Require a partial rental of the restaurant

Unfortunately, May-August, we do not book parties larger than 10 guests on Fridays and Saturdays.

All large parties require two (2) months notice and a $75 food minimum (does not include beverage) per guest.
